I'm Jürgen Salenbacher, a business and brand coach, innovation facilitator, and a captivating keynote speaker.

My journey began as an art director in Munich, Germany, after studying design in Freiburg. I later expanded my horizons with a Public Relations diploma from the Bayerische Akademie für Werbung (BAW) in Munich.

Over the years, I've traversed the globe, working in various roles within design, marketing, and communications. My clients have included renowned names such as Adidas, Bayer Healthcare, Coca-Cola, Levi’s, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Novartis, Roca, Swatch, and Vittel. In 1997, I co-founded the creative agency D-Office, followed by a role as Director of Marketing for The Performers (Omnicom Group) in 2002.

After completing an MBA at EADA Business School in Barcelona in 2005, I joined Global Healthcare as Director of Strategy. My passion for teaching led me to institutions like the IED Design Universities in Barcelona and Florence, Hyper Island in Stockholm, and HSLU Luzern.

In 2011, I took on the role of Academic Dean of IED, Istituto Europeo di Design Barcelona, focusing on Design Management and Business Design to drive change in Design Education. Since 2013, I've been working as an innovation facilitator for a utility company, focusing on digital design thinking, smart city strategy, and competence building.

My first book, "Creative Personal Branding," has seen six editions in English and has also been published in Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. I've delivered talks, workshops, and masterclasses in cities such as Barcelona, Bilbao, Florence, Lucerne, Tallinn, Vienna, and Zurich.

My work-study destinations have included countries like Argentina, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, China, Colombia, Estonia, Ethiopia, Japan, Mexico, Russia, USA, UK, Israel, Italy, India, Slovenia, Sweden, and Switzerland.

My ultimate vision is to work with people from all over the world while maintaining a human-centered approach. When I approach new projects, my first question often revolves around how we can collaborate, share stories, culture, and work meaningfully.

In my current chapter, I reside in Barcelona with my wife, cherishing the joy of tennis and the serenity of the beach. My interests span art, design, fashion, architecture, photography, and of course, travel.

  • The best way to start is with a free 30-minute consultation. In this initial conversation, we'll clarify all your doubts, and I'll learn about your current position.   • Success begins with an idea. Whether you aim to launch a business, elevate a hobby, or share a creative project with the world, your online storytelling plays a pivotal role. Keep in mind that this process demands an investment of time, money, and energy, but the rewards are worth it.

  • I work with a diverse range of creative individuals seeking more from life, with a focus on women, although men are certainly welcome. Age is no barrier, as I've worked with clients aged 22 to over 60. The key is a shared commitment to maximizing one's potential, and some of my collaborations have extended for over eight years.

  • My signature program is priced at approximately €7,450, and the personal advisory board follows a similar structure for 12 months. Half of the total amount is due after signing the coaching agreement and before the first session, with the remaining half due before the fifth session. Keep in mind that we're discussing the most important project of your life – your life itself.

  • Our journey starts with an intake questionnaire that you complete before our first session. This questionnaire helps us define your three most significant goals. During our deep dive session, which spans three hours, we validate and refine these goals while clarifying your expectations. From there, we embark on a journey of reflection and reframing, using various tools as our canvas. We work through all areas to uncover your brand positioning, business model, and advisory board. To make the most of our time together, come prepared and focused. It's an emotionally overwhelming journey, but also incredibly exciting and fun, with a strong focus on actionable outcomes.
